Just realise I haven’t ‘blogged’ in a while but we have enough news to make up for it! I also have a good excuse as we’ve been so busy! In the last two months Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do has gained: – a 2nd Dan – silver and bronze medals from the
Good as Gold
All eight (yes, eight!) of our gold-medal winning students have now been presented with their commemorative t-shirts and ladies vests. After the last competition we were thinking of ways to reward gold medal winners, with an original, innovative idea that hasn’t been seen before (not by us anyway!) We decided

Dave does the double
Over the Easter weekend, David Rowley travelled to Ilkeston, Derbyshire to compete on behalf of Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do and GTI. As a colour belt veteran, Dave considers himself a novice. However the results suggest otherwise! Dave won gold for sparring and silver for patterns. After the event Dave said he

The pair competed at the PUMA International Taekwondo Championships in Swindon and won a medal each! Jake won silver for sparring whilst Luke took bronze. The pictures below show some excellent
Colour belt success
Thirteen may be unlucky for some but not for these students who have passed the latest colour belt grading! Oliver, Sam, David, Tammy, Lisa, Charlie, Bradley, Jack M, Jack L, Ben, Eric, Aaron and Mark all passed the grading. They were tested on kicks, self defence, line work, defensive drills,
