To ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone in the club, please read the following information carefully before (re)commencing training with Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do.

- Until further notice classes will be held in the marquee at the Edgar Davies Ground (Bridgnorth Rugby Club).
- Classes will be 7-8pm on Mondays and FRIDAYS (this is a change from our usual training schedule).
- Parking is available at the EDG – this is accessed by a narrow road on the right hand side of the Bandon Arms car park.
- PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS.
- If you develop symptoms, please let us know. We will be keeping records of who has attended each session for Track and Trace purposes.
- Students should wear trainers, dobok and hoodie (and layers as desired).
- Masks for students and spectators are optional – being an outdoor socially distanced setting.
- Participants will be socially distanced throughout the class with 2 metres between students.
- The floor surface in the marquee is AstroTurf.
- There is a toilet block with male and female toilets a very short walk away. It is the responsibility of the parents to escort and/or supervise their children to the toilet block and back safely before, during and after each session. Where possible please use the toilet at home instead.
- Students should arrive and leave in their training gear (to reduce the need and risk of changing outfits).
- Training will be non-contact. For the first few weeks we will focus on stretching, regaining flexibility and balance, kick work and pattern work. If any equipment is used after that it will be done safely and with robust hygiene methods.
- Students are not required to bring sparring kit until further notice. Please consider whether a bag is necessary.
- Please bring a labelled or distinctive water bottle.
- Please place your belonging away from others’ belongings to maintain social distancing at all times.
- Hand sanitising gel will be available, but please bring your own where possible to reduce the risk of cross contamination. If you have allergies or sensitive skin please bring your own suitable sanitiser.
- In order to keep numbers down please limit spectators to a maximum of one spectator per family (where a child is training).
- Please maintain social distancing on arrival and departure.
- Please pay online, via cheque, or correct bagged change. We will not be carrying change.
- We will extend all existing students’ licences by the six months that the club has been closed.
- Loud shouting is currently not a requirement!
