Instructors certification
Congratulations to Chris Murr and Anna Bradford on passing their Instructors Course. Mr Plant presented the certificates on Monday and thanked co-owner Anna and 2nd Dan student Chris for helping, supporting, teaching the class and covering his occasional absence.

We are delighted that six of our club members have been promoted to new Dan grades! Robert Hall was promoted to 1st Dan, whilst Jake Round, Daniel Murr, Luke Richardson and Aubrey Round were promoted to 2nd Dan. Instructor Gary Plant completed the set by passing his 4th Dan grading.

What to expect at your first grading
Students tend to be very nervous before a grading, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but remember the examiner just needs to see what you have learnt. Try to use your nervous energy in a positive way to be powerful, loud and confident! If you are in the grading hall
