Today was the first ever GTI North West Open, and 8 competitors represented Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do. They had the most amazing day and bagged a whopping 17 medals between them! All of our competitors won at least one medal: Harry, aged 7 (green belt) and at his second ever competition,

Dave does the double
Over the Easter weekend, David Rowley travelled to Ilkeston, Derbyshire to compete on behalf of Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do and GTI. As a colour belt veteran, Dave considers himself a novice. However the results suggest otherwise! Dave won gold for sparring and silver for patterns. After the event Dave said he
