Bridgnorth duo to compete in World Championships
It was announced yesterday that GTI Squad Coach, Coach Chow, has selected his team for the World Championships in Italy this June. Luke Richardson, 13, a member of Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do, has been picked! He will received a subsidised place as part of the final 15 chosen to represent GTI.
A busy month!
It’s been a busy month for Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do. Seven students have passed a colour belt grading, under the scrutiny of 7th Degree Black Belt, Master Cockburn. Our most successful students on the competitive side of Tae Kwon-Do, Dean and Luke, have had another busy weekend! They competed yesterday at the Kwon Slam, a kick-boxing competition in Solihull. The contact was very heavy and the aim of the game was to gain experience. This was something that
GTI Best School cup is in Bridgnorth!
Our two National Squad members competed again this weekend, this time at the LTSI South East Open, and came home with a bronze each for sparring. There were over 400 competitors and around 30 clubs, so this was another huge achievement! What’s really fantastic is that GTI won the Best
