Keeping busy
There’s lots going on at Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do at the moment! Chris and I are learning our new patterns now that we are Second Degree Black Belts. The promotion to 2nd Dan seems to have spurred a few other students on and there are plenty of black belts who intend
